Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated September 19, 2026
This policy applies to everyone who uses the Office Vero internet connection, network, equipment, printers, and online services — members, their staff, and their guests. It forms part of your Membership Agreement.
1. General standard
Use our network and equipment lawfully, considerately, and for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for everything done through your account, your codes, or your connection, including by your staff and guests.
2. Prohibited activity
- Anything unlawful under federal, Florida, or local law.
- Infringing copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property, including unlicensed file sharing or streaming.
- Sending spam, bulk unsolicited email, or operating mailing or dialing campaigns from our network.
- Hacking, port scanning, penetration testing, intercepting traffic, or attempting to access another person's device, account, or data.
- Distributing malware, ransomware, or other harmful code.
- Hosting servers, mining cryptocurrency, or running activity that consumes a disproportionate share of bandwidth or power.
- Accessing, storing, or displaying obscene, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory material.
- Modifying, tampering with, or connecting unauthorized equipment to our network hardware, wiring, or access systems.
- Sharing your Wi-Fi credentials or door codes with anyone outside your membership.
3. Security and your own data
Our shared internet connection is not a private or secure network. You are responsible for your own firewalls, antivirus software, encryption, and backups. Office Vero is not responsible for loss of or damage to your data, and we do not back up member data. Where your business handles sensitive or regulated information, you must implement the safeguards your industry requires.
4. Service levels and support
Internet service is provided on a best-efforts basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or by our carrier. We do not guarantee a particular speed, uptime, or suitability for a specific use. For connectivity problems, contact Omega Technologies at 1-844-663-4248; for anything else, email help@officevero.com or call 772-252-1999.
5. Monitoring
We do not routinely monitor the content of your traffic. We do keep network and access logs and may inspect traffic volume and technical data to protect the network, investigate a suspected breach of this policy, or comply with a lawful request.
6. Enforcement
If this policy is breached we may issue a warning, throttle or suspend network access, remove equipment, recover the cost of damage or excess usage, suspend workspace access, or terminate your membership in accordance with your Membership Agreement. Serious matters may be reported to law enforcement.
7. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect new risks or new services. The current version is always posted on this page.
