House Rules
Last updated September 19, 2026
These rules keep the workspace pleasant and safe for everyone. They form part of your Membership Agreement and apply to members, their staff, and their guests.
1. Access and security
Building entrance codes and office codes are personal to your membership. Do not share them or prop open secured doors. Keep your suite locked when unattended and report a lost code or a security concern to us immediately.
2. Conference room
Book through your member dashboard. Arrive and finish on time, leave the room as you found it, remove food, trash, and materials, and erase whiteboards. Active members have ten included hours per calendar month; extra hours and hours used by non-members are billed at $25 per hour. Repeated no-shows or unbooked use may result in loss of booking privileges.
3. Guests
Guests must be announced in your booking or at the front desk, remain with you or in the areas you have reserved, and follow these rules. You are responsible for your guests' conduct and for any damage they cause.
4. Shared areas
Keep the lounge, kitchen, and coffee area clean, clear your dishes, and label anything you leave in the refrigerator. Shared areas are not for storage or for extended private meetings.
5. Noise and phone calls
Keep voices, speakerphone calls, video calls, and music at a level that does not carry into neighboring suites. Use your own office or a booked room for calls and meetings.
6. Your suite
Do not drill, paint, or alter walls, wiring, ceilings, or fixtures without our written approval. Do not block sprinklers, vents, or exits. Signage and window displays require our approval.
7. Deliveries and mail
Deliveries are accepted for your business during business hours. We cannot sign for or store oversized shipments, valuables, or perishables, and we are not responsible for items left in shared areas.
8. Safety
The premises are non-smoking, including vaping. No open flames, candles, space heaters, hazardous materials, or weapons. Do not overload electrical circuits. Follow all evacuation instructions and keep corridors clear.
9. Pets
Only service animals as defined by applicable law are permitted, unless we approve otherwise in writing.
10. Personal property
You are responsible for insuring your own equipment and belongings. Office Vero is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your property or your guests' property.
11. Conduct
Harassment, threats, discrimination, intoxication, and abusive behavior toward members, guests, or staff are not tolerated and may result in immediate removal and termination of membership.
12. Enforcement and changes
We may recover the cost of damage or extra cleaning, restrict access, or terminate a membership for repeated or serious breaches. We may update these rules, and the current version is always posted on this page.
